Mother of two, sports enthusiast, passionate about fitness and corporal study. CrossFit and Pilates Professional, personal trainer, and coach. Ready to help you achieve your goals!

I have been doing physical activity my whole life. Starting with ballet at a very young age then transitioning to aerobic and step classes where I lived this fun and energizing time in the "gym world", I became an authorized teacher and spent years from gym to gym, moving along with body combat, body pump, and similar techniques until I specialized as a Pilates instructor and supervisor of directed activities.

The calm Pilates classes showed me another part of my pupils, the missing part of attention to the mind. All of a sudden it wasn't just about getting good muscle tone and burning some calories it was about listening to their worries, giving them counsel and peace of mind. I entered the world of coaching from a practical, health point of view both to achieve physical and mental goals. I have been learning psychology theory and practice combined with a constant curiosity about other modalities of physical atonement like CrossFit (my current personal favorite), weight lifting, and yoga.

I have some negative traits, but if this article about what makes a good personal trainer is true, I have all of those!

All of that combined with a solid knowledge of nutrition and experience make me a sure bet to make your goals come true!

After a study of your physical state and verification of your physical needs, I prepare a customized exercise program to achieve the desired results.
Keeping in touch with health professionals, we prepare safe and effective training programs.
